HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A second alarm was struck for precautionary measures after heavy smoke could be seen from a 20-story high-rise building in Hartford, said fire officials.
Richmond firefighters are at the scene of an incident at a Commerce Road packaging company, where heavy smoke could be seen pouring out of the building.
The smoke stemmed from a burnt-up HVAC duct/airbox at Aroma Cafe on the first floor on the 260 Constitution Plaza side of the Hartford building, according to the Hartford Fire Department.
