Mathura: At least 12 people were injured after a massive explosion that occurred at the Indian Oil Corporation's refinery on the Agra-Delhi National Highway in Mathura on Tuesday.

Eight people suffered burn injuries, with three said to be in critical condition after a major blast occured at the Indian Oil refinery in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura on Tuesday evening, officials said.
