A judge has scheduled Jared Smith to stand trial in September 2026 for murder in the death of Sheri Lynn Sabattis at a home in Oromocto First Nation last April.

Created and executively produced by Divorce Court veteran, Judge Lynn Toler, the series stars include Chyna Layne Javon Terrell, Terrence Green, Jonathan Chase, Gena Shaw and Bonita Brisker.
