Anne Giuliano, owner of Blind Cat Chocolate, has plans to open a new chocolate facility on Lake Elmo Drive soon.

BPD sent an update that the suspect has been taken into custody without incident. The area is now accessible to the public with the exception of Jerrie Lane while officers continue to clear the scene.
