Michigan State football has made their latest splash in the NCAA transfer portal, picking up their fourth wide receiver of the cycle. The Spartans have added the commitment of Rod Bullard, a division two transfer from Valdosta State (GA).

Lawrence Hattar was not a big name in the transfer portal, whatsoever. The Livonia, Mich. native has played for Division II Ferris State since 2022, but at 6-foot-5, 335 pounds, he’s a big body at a position of need along the interior offensive line.

MSU has gotten a very strong portal haul at receiver, adding Omar Kelly and Chrishon McCray. While the starting group has been established, the Spartans may take a flier on D2 transfer DJ Black, who has 4.3 speed. Black visited East Lansing this past week.

Michigan State football picked up the commitment of Idaho transfer tight end Mason Mini just a few days ago, but now, he will not be joining the Spartans program. According to a report by Steve Wiltfong of On3 Sports,
