The Kachin Independence Army and its allies are reporting large numbers of regime casualties as its defeated troops abandon Mansi Township in Kachin State.
The regime continues to work with Beijing on the Special Economic Zone and deep-sea port in Kyaukphyu, even though the town is encircled by AA troops.
