Officials announced Tuesday that the section of the Potomac River that was impacted by the DCA crash has been fully restored.
Victims included contractor field and corporate managers, plumber's union members and a 20-year-old university mechanical engineering major.
Engineers will start by working to remove the remnants of the jet from the Potomac River, which they expect to take three days.
