Immigrations and Customs Enforcement detainees without criminal charges will no longer be held at a Baldwin County jail. According to Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Captain Daniel Steelman, the change is due to not meeting certain criteria to house alleged undocumented people with no prior criminal convictions.
