Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce wasn't interested in talking about his job status after Sunday's season-ending loss to the Los Angeles

The Las Vegas Raiders finished the 2024 NFL season at 4-13 following a 34-20 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday afternoon at Allegiant Stadium. Following the game, Pierce met with the media and was asked twice about his job status as the head coach of the Raiders.

If Pierce is going to keep his job for a second full season, his first order of business will be building a better offensive staff.

Jones led the team with three pass breakups. He also had a diving interception off a deflection and the Raiders scored the game-clinching touchdown on the ensuing drive.. Then he nearly had a second interception to end any chance the Saints might try and come back.
