Checked on the store there's no option to buy only Launch because "You own this." In the game when I click on "Purchase Modern Warfare" it prompts me to buy "FJX Cinder Weapon Vault" for $99.

Feb 15, 2024 · If you can launch the game, would you mind giving this a try? - Launch the game. - Once in the game, open the Settings menu. - Go to the "Account" tab - Scroll down to "Game installations" and click on it. - This will take you to a screen with all of Modern Warfare's data packs, please click on each of them at least once.
