Jan 15, 2025 · The Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program authorized by the American Rescue Plan Act, delivers $350 billion to state, territorial, local, and Tribal governments across the country to support their response to and recovery from the COVID-19 public health emergency.

The Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund provides $19.53 billion to support tens of thousands of non-entitlement units of local government, which are local governments typically serving a population under 50,000.

Eligible state, territorial, metropolitan city, county, and Tribal governments may request their allocation of Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds through the Treasury Submission Portal.
