Sep 29, 2022 · Maybe the advancement is expecting air around it but the deepslate is prohibiting it. If that’s the case, I’d recommend digging out around the beacon a bit and then you’ll probably have to manually replace the beacon to trigger it. Edit: again, not sure how it works but it seems that even the create beacon one isn’t triggered.

Use the same formula for anything else, iron, gold, emerald, lapis, netherite is a bit more complicated due to how it's made, but I assume you'd need 4 times as much of gold and netherite scrap, or 5904 gold ingots and netherite scrap each, which is 92 stacks and 16 gold ingots and ...

The affected area extends range blocks (see the table below) from the beacon block horizontally and downward and range + 256 blocks above, except on console, where its vertical range is the same as its horizontal range. 4 levels: 50 blocks

1.476 iron ingots (or about 23 stacks) + of course a beacon (5 glass, 3 obsidian and one nether star) Also build a base, a mine, and a couple of farms.

Feb 26, 2018 · There is no difference between air and water when it comes to the distance a beacon's effects can reach. A tier 4 beacon's effects will affect players from up to 50 away from either the beacon block or the beacon's beam. This includes below, so you cannot get the effects if you are more than 50 blocks below the beacon block.

Aug 29, 2017 · The "Range" section for Beaons at the wiki gives specifics.. The beacon effect(s) will extend 20, 30, 40, or 50 blocks below the beacon depending on the size of the beacon's base.
