Here at Costco, we are committed to creating well-crafted and comfortable jewelry. Costco’s experienced Buying Team works with our suppliers to select timeless styles, and our team of Graduate Gemologists inspects each piece for quality craftsmanship. All diamond jewelry items from Costco come with some type of certification or documentation.

There are two ways to return your jewelry: Stop by any Costco location with your item including any IGI and/or GIA certificates provided with your order. It’s important to note, diamonds over 1.00 carat will receive a Jewelry Credit Memo upon return. A Costco Graduate Gemologist will inspect for authenticity and process your refund accordingly.

Diamonds: 1.00ct or larger: Members returning a diamond over 1.00ct must also present all original paperwork (IGI and/or GIA certificates) at which time they will receive a Jewelry Credit Memo. Within 48 hours, our Costco Graduate Gemologist will inspect for authenticity.

Items returned through Costco.com will be refunded** - including shipping and handling fees - and will be credited to the credit card used to place your order.
