For the cammed area and safety detent i used 1/8 and 2mm ball endmills. I also used a bandsaw to remove parts and shape the lever part. I have not test fired the parts yet. If you have a mill or cnc and would like to assist in testing this design, i could use the extra input. As of now its just the 2 position, Safe and Super Safe.

The Super Safety goes against the intent of the National Firearms Act. The constitutionality of the the NFA aside (the NFA is blatantly unconstitutional), if you are playing around with any device that provides "rapid-fire", whether that be a bump stock, a lightning link, a Super safety, or whatever, the ATF will eventually come after you.

The metal links aren't sold anywhere, you'll need to send the file to a metal 3D printing service to order it, but I suggest holding off on that for the time being since (this hasn't been announced yet) a new trip design was recently developed that is superior to all of the existing designs, it just needs a little bit more testing before it's ready for release.

The AK trip bar is essentially the AR15 FA BCG equivalent for aks it’s just a basic trip bar for what could be a binary, sear or super saftey. The cam is what changes between designs in this case the super saftey CAM just resets the trigger as the bcg comes back in the same way the Hoffman super saftey does.

Hypothetically, my friend got a super safety recently, but it's not working as it should. When he tries it at home with the super safety on the middle position, pulling the bolt back and letting it go forward while holding the trigger, it works as designed, the trigger resets and gets pulled again, releasing the hammer.
