The price was right, especially when Costco adjusted the price because the tires went on sale between the time I bought them and the time they were installed. Costco had availability when others did not. I had to wait a few weeks for installation, which went without a hitch.

This then allows you to buy less expensive rims and tires. For example, I went from a 19" rim to a 17" rim which saved me about $100 per rim. I went to my dealership and got a quote for a set of winter tires a the lower size. This gives me the size to purchase at Costco. At that time Costco had a deal on rims and tires that I was purchasing.
