Upon passing a safety inspection, most passenger cars and light trucks will receive an inspection sticker valid for one year from the month of inspection or one year from the expiration of the current inspection sticker on the vehicle.

2022-23 stickers may be used simultaneously with the 2021-22 stickers. 2021-22 stickers may be used for inspections on vehicles with expiry dates up to December 2021. 2022-23 stickers are needed by November 1st for vehicles with a January 2022 expiry.

Official Inspection Stations may charge $2.00 plus the purchase price of the sticker in effect at the time of replacement for windshield replacement stickers. There is no charge for Emission Stickers. Updated fee schedule signs are to be posted, effective July 1, 2021.
