Taking your med after dinner could cause you to go low at night and that wouldn't be good either. Be sure to keep a close eye on your sugar especially when you get a weak feeling. Possibly 2 mg is too much and needs to be lowered.

Nov 6, 2013 · My FBS yesterday was 216 (before glime) and my PP's yesterday were 196 & 183 (the ones I tested after). I did get a 144 though after 40 minutes on the treadmill. Today my FSB was 195 and my PP today is 194. I have read that the glime is supposed to work immediately and for about 8-12 hours. I'm just not seeing it.

Oct 12, 2017 · In 3 months i lost 20 lbs and went from 8.9 to 5.6 A1C. My doc took me off glimeperide (still on Janumet and jardiance) and I have more steady BS. Usually 90s, occasionally high 70s-80s and if I eat a bad meal, 140-160. BS has been slower to come down but around 110-120 2 hours out.
