Who We Are - NewHorizons
The New Horizons Mental Health Services Mission is to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families and our community, through the provision of accessible, evidence-based, comprehensive mental health care, and the creation of effective community partnerships.
CCBHC - NewHorizons
· An integrated care clinic providing person-centered and family-centered mental health and primary health care, from assessment through the treatment process. · The CCBHC treatment team includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, counselors, social workers, peer supporters, and case managers.
Family Services - NewHorizons
New Horizons serves children and adults of all ages throughout Fairfield County who are in need of mental health counseling and treatment for a variety of mental health diagnoses through the following programs.
Access to Care | NewHorizons
New Horizons therapists provide on-site assessment, counseling, care management, referral and consultation services at the following community locations: Child Protective Services/Job and Family Services; select City and County school buildings; Fairfield County Jail and Ohio University-Lancaster.
